Section 106 of the Act has definitions. A "consumer" is "an individual who obtains, through a transaction, products or services which are used primarily for personal, family, or household purposes, and also means the legal representative of such an individual."
Business customers aren't consumers, although the individuals behind a business are consumers when they are dealing with consumer matters for themselves or their families or households.
