This may not even be the right forum, but I'm taking a stab that someone in here will know the answer to my question.

We have a borrower who has an automatic funds transfer from her deposit account to make her loan payment every month. We recieved a notice of bankruptcy from the court on this borrower. Must we immediately stop the AFT or wait to hear from her for instructions?
