Per reg E we have 45 days to complete reg e claim, 90 if it was debit, or out of state trx. Does that timeline apply to the state of Massachustts as well, or is it 45 days across the board?

Massachusetts (bless those folks on Beacon Hill) amended section 20 of Ch 167B to incorporate by reference the error resolution rules of Reg E.

Always glad to get a question on our Bay State's twisted version of the EFTA.

Now if we could get the General Court to get rid of the ridiculous $50 cap on customer liability ...
