Would anyone know of or be willing to share a "Portable Device Usage Agreement". This would be an agreement that any of our employees that use Bank issued portable access devices (Ipads; laptops; Iphones, etc.) would need to sign. We need to create an agreement and would appreciate any assistance/suggestions or templates to review.

To me it is not different than any other equipment (such as a desktop), they may use in their job. It is for work purposes only. Ours is covered in the employee handbook.
