Our Bank is wanting to create a process and form to allow mainly businesses, but some consumers, to sign off on the form that allows the Bank to send email notifications for incoming and outgoing wires on specified accounts to signers and non-signers. I have several concerns with this but not sure if I'm missing something. Could this even be an option for both consumer and business accounts?

Here were my concerns:
1. Signers and non-signers are not giving their consent to allow the Bank to contact them via email when added by the signer filling out the form.
2. Non-signers should not be given access to account information.
3. IF they went with this, all emails should have the opt out verbiage at the bottom.
