This might seem like a stupid question… when calculating the 10 business days we are required to provide a customer provisional credit, would you start the calculation including the notification day or from the notification day?
For example, if the cardholder reported fraud activity on 4/24/20, the 10 business day deadline would be either:
• 5/7/20 (including 4/24/20)
• 5/8/20 (excluding 4/24/20)
