Hello. I know if an employee goes from part time to full time, accroding to PPACA we must offer the employee healthcare benefits after the waiting period. Does anyone know - are we required to continue healthcare benefits if an employee goes from full time to part time? Thanks,

Define part-time? More or less than 130 hours of service in a calendar month??
