What are you doing about employees who are going to the hot spot beaches for vacation? Do they come back to work like normal? Are you requiring a negative test result? Are you requiring a 14 day quarantine before returning to work? It's getting scary out here!

Prior to June 15, we had some restrictions in place such as notifying HR if you were traveling outside the country or to designated hot spots. We have since lifted those, this was a management decision. The only time we are requiring a negative test result is if the employee has been exposed or tested positive.
