Business Accounts ::::::
Ok so I have been on the web looking and I understand that you dont have to CIP Signers on accounts. but you do have to owners....
If a signer has the same wrights on a resolution to do the same things as an owner why wouldnt you CIP them? and also how do you verify who you are dealing with if you dont CIP them?

There is no specific requirement to CIP owners of a business. That is all risk based. This also is not a State specific question and I think you would get better response in the general forums.
