I was wondering if anyone could point me in the direction to find information about the requirements for privately owned ATMs. I was asked the question "Does WI require registration/permits/licensing of privately owned ATM’s?" So far, I haven't had any luck finding information on the subject and was hoping somebody could share where I can find the answer to this question. Thank you!
