This program is also known as TN Hardest Hit Program.

OTE, we are also looking at this program for our TN banks. Did you get any response?

I have not dealt with Tennessee Housing Development Agency (THDA)in several years. They are the Agency administering the program. My experience with them has been very satisfactory. They work well with the participants.

We have "joined".....So far we haven't had any borrower's in the program. SO at this point we are not clear on how this will work. I had a couple of other banks tell me they were in the program and had not had any problems.

Thanks for the replies. We have joined and have one participant at this point. I will monitor it and anything adverse pops up I will post.
