We have a customer that has just enlisted in the Marines. She has a past due car loan & past due home loan with us. Am I understanding correctly that I cannot just repo the car? What do I have to do? Also, if she signs a waiver of rights, what does it specifically have to state? Any help would be appreciated.

Waivers are discussed in section 107 of the SCRA. Stays and other protections are discussed in Title II of the SCRA.
