The definition of a vehicle title loan says a "motor vehicle" so does that mean it applies to any car, motor home, tractor, 4 wheeler, etc?

Without research, I'd ask if it is titled as a motor vehicle or by the department of motor vehicles? In the interest of protections, I'd generally say yes.
