I am looking at two Servicemembers Civil Relief Act Notice Disclosure---in the section "What Legal Protections Are Servicemembers Entitled TO Under the SCRA" one says 90 days and one says 9 months--does anyone know which one is correct?

According to my notes the HOUSING AND ECONOMIC RECOVERY ACT OF 2008 included a provision that expanded the time frame from 90 days to 9 months. This change is in effect until the end of 2010.
I apologize, but I don't have the specific section or a HUD reference document. I think this went into effect on 07/30/08.

That is what I thought as well but it looks like the form on HUD's website hasn't been updated to 9 months.

I just learned that our noticed is automatically updated by our core vendor but they are not sure when they are going to update. I have been told that examiners are looking to make sure the notice is updated. Is anyone else finding this out with their vendor?
