Our IT dept is lagging on updating our system to automatically include the updated SCRA-HUD Notice when loans are 45 days past due.

What is the required timing to have this notice updated?

There is no period I am aware of, the current notice is the one that is to be sent. It was updated months ago, January as I recall. It shouldn't take 4 moths to update but it also depends on what you are sending. The foreclosure went from a year, back to 90 days and back to a year. But HUD wasn't updating the form for those changes. HUD was technically incorrect in the short duration it took Congress to update the law. Was there some other change to have taken place?
