When advertising a Gift Card, because the Bank name is on the marketing flyer stating that we now offer Gift Cards is the "Member FDIC" statement needed?

Or because the product is not a deposit-related item then does this mean we don't need the "Member FDIC" statement on the flyer.

Gift cards are not a product/service that is exempted under 328.3(c) - Member FDIC is required.
