We have created a rate sheet that includes fixed, ARM and special programs (i.e. VA, USDA) on one page. The points, APRs and sample payments amounts are included for each. Additional disclosure for VA and USDA requirements are also included.
My concern is the ARM. We have never "advertised" ARMs, so this is new territory. Does the fact the rate for a 5/5/ ARM is included on this rate sheet require additional disclosure?
