I approved an ad for a 9 month CD and the APY offered is valid from "date to date". The ad ran in one local newspaper but could not get it to the other paper. (It is a small town newspaper). They want to extend the date out to another week. I don't find anything that addresses this so I really need some help. Can they run the ad in the "small town" paper with the extension? Should they run it in both papers again? Thanks.

There's nothing to prevent the bank from extending the promotion.
