Our marketing department wants to place an ad that centers around our LPO. I have looked at state laws and don't see anything prohibiting that. Has anyone else ever done any ads like this previously?

We did, though I never considered it could be an issue. We just made it very clear that it was not a deposit accepting location.

I was hoping someone else would comment on this so I too could know if I was wrong in my assessment
