I'm pretty new at checking advertisements for loans. In an advertisement for a newspaper about mortgage loans, does the Equal Housing Lender logo need to be a specific size? The ad I was sent by our marketing department is 5.04 in X 5.0 in and the "Member FDIC" logo and "Equal Housing Lender" logo are barely visible. I did find on the HUD website that the logo for Equal Housing Opportunity should be:

1/2 page or large - 2X2
1/8 page up to 1/2 page - 1X1
4 column inches to 1/8 page - 1/2 X 1/2

Is this also true for the Equal Housing Lender logo?

There are no size requirements.

338.3 shall prominently indicate in such advertisement, in a manner appropriate to the advertising medium and format utilized

Barely visible however is not prominently.
