I am looking forward to seeing the Corpse Bride next month. Closer to Halloween seems more approriate, don't you think? I figure I will go when MOML makes a trip up north to winterize his mom's house. He is not a fan of animated films. I, on the other hand, love them.
Emily, the bride, reminds me of Sally from the Nightmare Before Christmas, with those big eyes.
I know Deppfan won't miss it. Anyone else?

On sept. 2oth, MTV had a sneak peek preview of the movie, unfortunately for me, I was sick and missed it which made me even sicker. I can hardly wait. Despite all the bad reviews and jokes Depp got for his role as Willy Wonka, I personally thought he did an outstanding job. I could just squeeeeeeeeeze him to death

I want to see it because Tim Burton is my favorite director.
I'll have to drag the girlfriend, if I can.

Tim Burton is my favorite as well and I got to see it last night. It was really good. I am a huge Nightmare Before Christmas fan and to me it wasn't quite as good. The story was excellent and the animation and characters were awesome but I just didn't like the songs near as much. Don't get me wrong I really enjoyed myself but I love Nightmare.

Rock on Nanwa. I have a bunch of stuff too. I have some salt and pepper shackers, a luch box, a couple of stuffed animals type things. You know...the usual stuff a man would collect.

I saw it with my boys last weekend. It was "OK". Not disappointing, not enamored. It lasts about 1 1/2 hrs.
