But when Pete fell in (or off, depending on where they were) was he able to sue the maker of the boat/wall for failing to provide adequate safety precautions to avoid such a fall?

Pete tried, but unfortunately sought the council of the same lawyer who represented Humpty Dumpty. Things were never the same...

That's similar to a game from my childhood.

This is just as bad as the one kids used to do they just walk into a room and say "Stupid says what"..and of course you look at them and go "what?" because you have no idea what they just said, like you just caught the last part of a sentence ...they crack up laughing.
