A Tennessee congressman has proposed legislation that would limit lottery winnings of anyone on public assistance to 600.00. I hope this catches on to all other states.

Unfortunately, you're right Cooler Czar. This isn't much different from the claim that "the man" (whoever that is these days) is trying to keep poor people down by opening up liquor stores in certain neighborhoods. Last time I checked, there was no mandatory requirement to buy alcohol and cigarettes.

I think, as a matter of pure morality, anyone that supports progressive taxation has to be a little goofed up to also support a state lottery.

And here is something funny...examiners here spent their first half hour of the day checking their lottery numbers. I can just imagine QCL rooting for the examiners to win. Exam is over early!
