It's rediculous that he will only lose his license for 10 years. We don't need these people on the roads. Stupid state!

He should be charged with child endangerment too.

I think this guy ran a red light and pulled out in front of me this morning!!! Actually, a guy on a cell phone did run a light and pull out in front of me and when I looked he had New Jersey plates. I said to myself - that explains it!

So obviously this guy has been driving around with a suspended license...it's almost mathmatically impossible for that not to be true. How is suspending it again for another 10 years going to help? This guy needs to lose his car!

Who really thinks that the guy who's drunk when he walks out of that bar at 2AM is going - "Nope, can't drive because I don't have a license!" I have just never understood that law. Someone has got to come up with some better way to keeps these jerks off the road for good. How about - 1 DUI/DWI conviction and you are forever banned from owning a car, AND it will also be a felony for someone to lend you one?
From personal experience, I despise drunk drivers, and wish them every evil.

Suspend his license, take away his car, and give him a new job: personal chaffeur for Gov. Corzine. ( and, yes, the phrase "kill two birds with one stone" is running through my head)
