I've notice that most people that are in banking took a job in banking out of necessity. That made me wonder, what is or was your Dream Job? What did you want to be before you settled on banking as your career?
I wanted to be either a teacher or a police officer. Also, for a long time I wanted to be a lawyer.

Working is for the birds. Just gimme a neon green banana hammock and a bottle of number 4 oil and put me on a beach someplace, and I'll be just fine. At one point I did want to be a garbage man... thought it would be so cool to be able to ride on the back of and hang off the truck all day long.

I really wanted to be an opera singer. Or on Broadway doing musical theater. My dream job now would be for a large international company (bank is fine) that would let me travel all over the place. Dream position would be something like "international bank fraud investigator"

Now I spend a fraction of time everyday berating myself for not filling out that LSAT application that I carried around in my book bag for two months!!

They'd jump off the truck, grab the cans, toss the junk in, then jump back on the moving truck - WOW! But then again, this was around the same time I also dreamed of one day having a job that would require sliding across the hood of a car like the Duke Boys

I would run a animal rescue organization/rehab center if I had the money. If I could make a decent living at it, I'd be doing it now
