I knew it was coming... I love Westbrook but the guy can't stay healthy. They now have McCoy who did a decent job last year and he costs alot less.

I agree completely, BG. It was only a matter of time. I think another big one to go when the money is right, will be Haynesworth(SP?) on the Buccaneers.

30 year old RB's are NFL rarities. That plus concussions last year I think sealed the deal. I for one won't miss him. He always killed my Giants.

Well, it is possible the Steelers will release Willy Parker. If they do this, I really hope we either pick up LT or Westbrook. Still well-skilled vets like them can add alot to a team and would be a nice compliment to Rashard Mendenhall.

I was surprised that they kept Westbrook last year. He's a great runner, but has had so many injuries. Now with the concussions, I am not at all surprised. It's bonus time for them, and if they release him, they don't have to pay his. Seems that's the reason so many are being released right now.

LT isn't done and will produce for someone somewhere....time will tell as they say.
