Pulling people out of the ditc...

with the reports of worldwide shortages of bacon forthcoming, and our our favorite Bacon Boy wondering how he will maintain his supply, i thought "why not have a bacon exchange, where someone not impacted by the shortage can send bacon to those who are impacted, and receive other local delicacies in return."
Our local stores have plenty of bacon, so I'm willing to exchange for some regional non-fruit craft brews...
Anyone else in?

Bobo - there is no deadline for this exchange, people can join and drop at will...
Pale - St Arnold's has been available in Louisiana for a couple of years now...
DQ - when he said "a special lady from the east" he was referring to his mail order bride from Shanghai

Hubby just stocked up on home cured, apple wood smoked bacon yesterday - both peppered and regular  We're set for the next 6 months.
