Why do I hate them? Because I was on the phone until 1:00 this morning fixing the problem they caused...

So, tell me, how do you feel about consultants? consultants are no different than anyone else, some are worth their weight in gold and provide great value, others are consultants...

Our senior management has hired two consulting companies who are giving us conflicting advice, each supported by "data." We may need a third consultant.

Our senior management has hired two consulting companies who are giving us conflicting advice, each supported by "data." We may need a third consultant. no need to hire a 3rd, we've always found the best solution in this case is to listen to the advice of the one that cost more, because it is worth it!  unless, of course, they are suggesting to pay more to hire and retain better quality of staff, then that should routinely be ignored, regardless of the cost

I'm trying to help with collections (both collectors are gone today), handle state escheatment stuff, do a few SAR investigations, and just got informed that IA is starting her BSA audit today too, so that gives me other stuff to worry about. (She always does the audit last second before our exam, it annoys me!) I don't even have time to hate on vendors today  But I will take a stiff drink, in a to-go cup with a straw please!
