You could write a nice card about how they have made a positive impression on you and made the workplace that much nicer?

Write a personal note to each of them, thanking then and noting one instance where they made a positive impact in your life (not the bank). Tell them not to open it until after you leave, because you may get too sentamental.

Yeah, add to it "I know you wouldn't be able to work without me!"

A box of thumb tacs, and say, "whenever you are missing me just poke yourself in the arse."

There is only so many times you can write that "you have shown me that I have greater patience that I though".

Give them each a small desk plant and buy breakfast your last morning.

Pretty picture frame for their desk (if nothing else, they can put the EFA or CIP notices in them.)

Having both managed and worked in departments within our bank for the last 15 yrs, plenty of people have come and gone and I have changed areas as well. Many trinkets, treats and cards have been exchanegd ....all nice and thoughtful and very much appreciated but the best was given to all of our department staff from a summer intern. She wrote 1 letter and gave a copy to each of us. She wrote a paragraph to each person telling them what they personally did that made her days brighter (" Sue - you have the best laugh - it always made my day" "Donna - Thansk for always being able to fix the copy machine after I jammed it up") We all loved reading it - seeing what everyday things we did that help someone out and seeing what others did too.

And mI even used it!
