I can't criticize that, since i did NOT have a bagel and cream cheese. I guess if i don't exercise my right to have bagels and cream cheese, i should just keep my mouth shut, even though the bagels and cream cheese around here are horrid.

Actually, you can't even buy a bagel and cream cheese around here. (Well....you can buy cream cheese in the store....but i really don't think the local grocery store has bagels.)
I was just trying to stay apolitical.

i like my bagel with butter instead of cream cheese. i've also been known to put a slice of cheese and some turkey to make a delicious bagel sandwich.
and the bagel must always be toasted...no cold bagels here

I had a bagel and cream cheese this morning but it was more like the bagel ends with no middle. Kind of like a really flat bagel I guess.
It wasn't very good.

I made orange marmalade a couple weeks ago.
Actually, I prefer muffins, like oat. And buttered. A warm muffin with melted butter. ::drools::
