I can only imagine that the 2 hour delay was trying to find a police or fire fighter brave enough to wrestle with that "lady" in all her nakedness...I imaging it went something like this:

Cop1: okay, who wants to go?
Cop2 - whatever: not me
Cop1: then we are doing rock paper scissors, best 2 of 3
after losing 2 of 3, changed to 4 of 5, then 7 of 13, then 10 of 19, and so on until it was 2,980 of 5,850...

finally, the chief shows up and says "who is the newest guy here?" and everyone points at the new guy, and off he goes to battle the evil twerking nudist...

On the radio this morning...woman, 'apparently' DUI' ran into a tree...a hefty tree...Said tree, still upright and inserted about 1.5 feet into the hood of the car, was stopped. It isn't known if she even realized she was driving around with a tree sticking up out of her car...It was Lincoln...but still...how can anyone be THAT messed up...but then there is the scenario above
