Alyssa Milano at 40: 'Charmed' and still hot snip - Alyssa Milano at 40 is the same as she was in the '80s and even '90s. The "Charmed" actress and newly-minted mom’s birthday is Friday Dec. 19. However, there is nothing "over-the-hill" about the "Who's the Boss" actress; she is still as hot as she was over a decade ago.
