I feel like I'm in a recipe rut these days - so inspire me for next week's menu planning, please?

Leftovers tonight. Since Friday we've had Seared Ahi Salad, Marinated Lamb Kabobs and grilled veggies, a heavenly Zuchinni Boat stuffed with lamb and covered in a from scratch marinara and a London Broil. No carbs with any of these.

My kids would prefer yours, raitchjay. Boaty, do you do your kebabs on the grill or in the oven?

Grill Raitch, I hadn't really cooked in about a week or two so I went on sort of a spree for a few days.

I've never in my life had fresh tuna nor lamb. I've lived a sheltered life.

Ed, i've not seen lamb in any supermarkets here.....but it's not as if i'm looking for it either. Almost sure it isn't in my most local one though....more likely (but still not sure) in the one in the larger town 30 minutes away.

I'm telling you...i'm pretty certain the supermarkets i frequent don't carry lamb. They do not need to carry it they just need to try to keep it on the shelf's. You would need to carry it out the door.
