Stumbled on to this in season 2, what a strange ride it is. Anyone watching this? If so, is it worth going back and viewing season 1 to figure out what the heck is going on?

FINALLY ABOVE the gnat line
I couldn't figure out what was going on when I watched part of the first season. I love Sci fi and I loved "The Hitchhiker's guide to the galaxy" but this was too weird for me.
