If there is a 314 request to search for (a common name)with "various addresses in (whatever state)" and no more detailed information, and you find a transaction of that name from that state, do you need to contact the agency for any more specifics or just mark the form and keep what information you have found even though it is all just general information?

Is there other information included in the 314(a) request (DOB, TIN, etc) that you can use to further match or disqualify this person? If so, respond accordingly. If there is no other info in the request besides the name and address, then I would treat is as a valid hit.
