How long is the required time period to keep employee training documentation for BSA/AML?. Our last exam was in 2005. I found proof of training docs for years prior to that. I was under the impressing that it is Ok to discard that information after your last BSA exam.

I'm not aware that training documentation is subject to the BSA five year record retention requirement, so you are probably okay keeping everything since your last exam. However, I plan to keep mine for five years, just to be consistent with the retention period for other BSA records.
