I recently discovered a CTR date of signature error. the transaction date was e.g. 07/05/07 date of signature typed in as 07/09/06. Amend or wait for facsimile return and fix it then. or just leave it. All aspects of the CTR are correct, and it was sent within the 15 days. any thoughts out there?

I would just leave it alone.
