Deposit made into ABC Inc. one of the transactors is Joe Smith. Joe Smith also makes a deposit into his personal acct. I know we need 2 part A's, one for ABC Inc and one for Joe Smith but are we putting Joe Smith in a section B since he conducted some transactions on behalf of ABC Inc?

On page 1, list Joe in Section A, and leave Section B blank, checking box e (conducted on own behalf). On page 2, list ABC in Section A, and any additional transactor(s) in Section B.
