Our credit cards are issued by and approved by another bank. The balances are on thier books. However, our logo is on the face of the card. A customers card was stolen and before it was canceled quite a bit was charged on it. If the thresholds are reached, should our bank file a SAR, or is that the responsibility of other financial institution?

Who took the loss? Who's institution do the transactions flow through?

Does that bank have a BSA Officer you can talk to?

Sweet Home AL
Do you have an agent agreement with the issuing bank that addresses the issue?
