I am the BSA Officer and we are working on verbage for the Reg E Overdraft. We have chosen to do neither Opt In or Opt out as some of the bigger banks have chosen also. I need help trying to come up with some type of verbage to put on our statements by Friday. Could someone please help me with this situation. Thank you in advance. Dez

To get assistance, you will have to explain what your bank's overdraft services look like and whether or not you will authorize and pay card transactions that would overdraw a consumer's account.
