Does anyone know if we are supposed to use the Wells Fargo 314b contact information for Wachovia since they have merged?

I need to contact Wachovia and they were on the list before but are not on the most recent January 314b list, so I am wondering if I contact Wells instead (they are on the list)?

Wachovia as of 3/20/10 no longer exists.

You will use the Wells Fargo 314b contact for Wachoiva & Wells inquiries.

That is what I thought as well...but accounts are still being opened under Wachovia. We have a mutual customer that established an account there at the end of December. Her statements are still saying Wachovia and her checks are Wachovia.

Makes for confusion thats for sure!

I will contact Wells...I thought that was what I should do, but wanted to see if I was right.

They still use the name however, their tag line is now:

Wachovia Bank, a division of Wells Fargo Bank, N.A.

I need to know ASAP how to find the 314b list to get a contact name / number for 4 different FI.
I am searching for the list with no luck.
