Hi all,

Although not required by regulation, we would like to have an agreement/certification signed by customers that are eligible non-listed businesses to certify that their gross revenues meet the eligibility requirements for eligible non-listed businesses.

Does anyone have sample language that you are willing to share for this type of certification?
