Does anyone know when the system will be back online? It's unusual for it to be down this long. Or am I missing something?

It will be back when it is back. Don't worry about it. You'll know when they know.

I haven't heard anything, I just keep checking everyday.

Hope everyone is preparing themselves for the onslaught when the system comes back on.

Remember back when this first started in 2002 and we were hit with emails at random...then everyone complained about the chaos and it was stopped until the database was created. There was quite a backlog but at least there was a schedule!

I am sure you will receive an email like everyone else is, with instructions. There will be no instructions posted here for security reasons.

They aren't providing a link to the website anymore. The last email they sent about taking down the system last month stated that you needed to save the web address in your favorites because they wouldn't be supplying the weblink anymore.

Did you not receive an e-mail yesterday to re-register complete with picture and phrase for proof of true website?

I went to the website and re-registered and it stated that it would send me an email...and it didn't. Has anyone else had this problem? Should I re-re-register?

It took about 24 hours to get the email.

Registered earlier this afternoon, got the email immediately and had no problems from there, thankfully.

I had to call them because I also did not receive the confirmation email. They will issue you a temporary password if you call.

Were we supposed to have access to the lists that weren't availalbe during the time their were off-line? Or do we just pick up where they left off last? How are we supposed to document our logs?

They just started back up with January. You should still have access to the 11/29 list. To document the take down, I printed off the 12/7 email where they told us about taking down the system.
