We recently began batch filing and one of our submissions was accepted with warnings (S40) no suspect TIN. The warning specifies that once acknowledged we need to correct the errors. However, we do not have TINs for the suspects so there isn't anything to correct. What do other do in this case?

Thanks

Are you filing on the legacy form or the new FinCEN SAR?

If filing on the new FinCEN SAR, you need to mark the unknown box for suspect TIN.
