When establishing a relationship with a new customer who is unemployed or retired, do you record former occupation, employer, or both, on their customer record?

Yes, we state Retired Electrician, or Unemployed Electrician,for example.

Same here. Helps to have this already on file when completing a CTR, so we require the former/anticipated occupation in these situations.
