Research involved in responding to any subpoena for records could involve scrutinizing an account that you might not have looked at under your routine activity monitoring, and there's always a possibility that you might see something that appears suspect while digging out the documents needed for the subpoena. While I agree the odds are greater that you'll come upon something fishy when working on a law enforcement or agency subpoena, it's possible to find unusual activity when working on a subpoena for civil suits and divorces, too.
