We have a CTR we need to file. It is based on multiple transaction at 2 locations. The 2nd transaction triggered the teller that we would have to file a CTR. Should we fill out a Part III for each location or just the one that triggered the reporting requirement?

If the transactions occurred at more than one branch, than fill our a Part III for each location.

When filing the FinCEN CTR for a reportable transaction(s), the filing institution should complete a Part III for each location where the reportable transactions took place.
