We had a seizure for a customer with a safe deposit box. The amount of cash was over $10K so a CTR should be required. Do we list our customer's information or the LE Officer who took the cash?

Did the law enforcement officer make a deposit, exchange, etc with the bank? If not, there is no need for a CTR as the cash went straight from the SD box to law enforcement.
