We ran a batch of transactions through our OFAC system and a positive match returned for a Canadian OSFI Warning. Apparently the Canadian bank has had their certificate of incorporation revoked. Has anyone dealt with a match like this? What do I need to do? I'm not finding any helpful information online.

If you have not developed procedures to handle all of the lists that you are searching, we won't be able to help either. Go back to you vendor that is providing the list and ask them where the list came from and what requirements it has for the bank (if any).
