A withdrawal over $10,000 that was made from a minor/nuttma account by the custodian with the minor (who is now 20) also present and cashed savings bonds with the minor's name and the custodian as joint owners listed on the bonds and both individuals are present. On the CTR you would have two Part I's one for the minor and the custodian, correct?? On the minor's part one would you choose 2a person conducting transaction on own behalf for the total of the withdrawal and savings bonds combined and on the other Part 1 for the custodian would you also choose 2a person conducting transaction on own behalf for the combined total or would you choose 2b person conducting transaction for another since the account is a minor/nuttma account and list the combined total for w/d and bonds??

The minor cannot conduct transactions on the UTMA account on their own behalf.

So then the CTR should be part one on minor with a 2c person on whose behalf transaction was conducted for the amount of the withdrawal and a part one on the custodian with 2b person conducting transaction for another for the amount of the withdrawal and then complete another part one on the minor 2a person conducting transaction on own behalf for the amount of the cashed savings bonds, is that correct??
